Online Broker Question.

I tried buying a sub penny from my etrade account today, and they told me I could not place that trade, I had to call Etrade. Which I did, and they told me I cannot place trades on subs.

I tried to open a Schwab account and they ran my experian and told me that my credit score does not meet their criteria for a client.

Any suggestions on which online or discount brokers do not have issues with subs?
