Heres my question to the board if anyone can explain for me please....
There are 3.5 billion shares AUTHORIZED
currently 2.4 billion FLOAT
and 3.3 billion OUTSTANDING
How is bill retiring shares?
How did he bring the outstanding shares from over 3.4 billion down to 3.3 billion?
If he was doing a buyback wouldn't he need SEC and or shareholder approval?
If he is just retiring them and doesn't need to buy them back, how is he doing this?
