In fact, 4,592,200 shares, to be precise. 
Even the 592,200 shares off the top is nothing to sneeze at. Which, at today's close, would be worth the better part of $200K, with the whole nut coming close to $1.5mil. The savings from the 592K+ alone, would probably pay for the audit anywhere from 2-4Xs over.
