That's really one of the main things OTC mentions and the technical analysis is very sound. OTC called 4 cent resistance for SMA200 weeks and weeks ago. I wasn't quite buying it at the time because of the decrease in volatility, but the man (or woman?) hit the nail on the head. The uptrend over the past 5+ days is promising from a technical stand point, but it really just seems like a bounce off previous SMA200. All is good.
