Those are just guppies nibbles at the bait. The guppies will attract bigger fish and they can read a chart. The day is coming when we will have big volumes buys again. At these prices someone is bound to buy 20 million on a market order or something else which some people would find insane. Remember crazy things can an do happen in the micro pennies. TECO can run at anytime. .10 is always on the table.
