You would be wrong in your thinking. The scam companies should be shut down quickly and those who attempted to or committed fraud should be jailed. The scumbags working these boards and being paid to post are making it both ways on the pump and on the dump with orchestration by a small group of criminals who should be jailed.
I believe most folks are honest and hard working folks who do not lie, cheat or steal. Those who are being allowed to abusively naked short with a goal of bankrupting a company and making shareholders investments worthless should be targeted. Regulators, who are on the take, should also be prosecuted to the full extent of the law not merely allowed to resign when caught. Fines even when significant are often just considered a cost of doing business. This has to end also with criminal charges brought when appropriate. Our markets are rigged and need to be cleaned up. I think it is time for more Pecora like hearings. Go TEVE!!!
