With SEC MFTF and FINRA tightening the screws on OTC MMJ sector, their hunt is intensifying, not lessening. To ignore the 800 lb. gorilla in the room can be fatal to one's finances. The weeding out of fraudulent firms and fly-by-nights is a good thing. There's nothing quite as jarring and depressing as waking up to a suspended stock in a portfolio heavy with that investment. That said, there are always opportunities to make money.
