I followed your provided link to the "real time quotes" on OTC
I notice for level 2 access they charge a fee of $250 per month. that sucks.
My Schwab account offers level 2 for the same price but it is waived for people who trade often enough and I qualify. However I only have it available at home and don't have the software program available at work which is when I need it most.
