$IRCE  Watch the real time trades.  Someone is still loading and this isn’t going north yet but is real soon.  Big orders of 1M+ going through @ .0022.  Pulled all trades from Tuesday through Friday and found 24M worth of trades above 1M and they were all below .002.  Someone is trying to lock this for themselves.
