Yes they have turned the corner for the stretch run to an ADL jv contract. I'm also thinking the assay reports will be another indicator that they do indeed have the goods. But not wanting to count any chickens before they hatch I will just look forward to seeing what the reports say and what June 9th or there abouts brings.
