Both.....as well as a third. I am using "no later than 10/01", and I am "expecting sometime in September based on extrapolating out the events", and the third is the rumor that I heard floating around.

I'm holding tight to Sept. Cert. until something stupid comes along to change that (which, in the past, it most always seemed to have happened).

But for now.......I'm holding to certification in hand before the end of September.
