just finished a spin class, very tough day all in all, but the tuff you are proud of right about now, dinner was the best now for ice cream, sun set,sleep, and do it all over again, but tomorrow is special, children day, and will take a day off from riding, looking forward to the rest , really not the kids are a whole other type of work out, chase , hide and go seek, wrestle, all good, and perfect, i am training them to be strong,in every part of life, one way to be very strong is to workout daily, i am feeling soo good,righ-t now, and yes can not wait for this stock to get going, but at the same time know all in good time, and when the time is right it will be right, just go with the flow, and the flow is load the boat, right now!
