X-Men has not proven over the course of decades it is a viable movie vehicle. That is why I chose Star Wars. I could have chosen Star Trek as well. Captain Kirk, the prototypical Captain Kirk still has not beamed up for the last time. Bill Shatner's James Tiberius Kirk and Leonard Nimoy's Mr. Spock are legends that will be remembered for a long long time. May they live long and prosper.
