Just an observation.

Last week otctrader, sharing his wealth of information,told us that he thought there were some restricted shares that were being sold into the market. Based on thinking that restricted shares, owned by insiders, may have more information than we do about the license timing, it may be a little farther down the line then we would like to think. We all know its coming and that's why we're here.
