This is frustrating for sure but not surprising to me.
My gf bought shares of attbf and they called for their inspection last NOVEMBER and still are waiting on HC for approval.
To be honest the only way that I even know this is because she has money on the line and she is playing the waiting game with them. So much so that she finally sold her position (a very tiny one) and moved on.
Another guess I have is that I read someones post somewhere (perhaps another board even) something along the lines of
"Wow, man, wouldn't it be great to announce the license on 420 Dude? That would be so freakin' awesome"
And then people (including myself too) ran with it. So we were to some degree anyhow expecting the license a month ago when in reality Neuronal is right, Bill said he hoped to have the license at the end of May.
Now if this goes on into early July when more RS shares are available to enter the float then we may have some serious issues (load up on more cheapies)
