Benzinga 420 Index shows gains to 108% for sector stocks today as oversold conditions triggered technical bounces. Benzinga 420 Index (maintained by Alan Brochstein) currently consists of 26 MMJ stocks tracked daily. The one-year Brochstein index shows sector peaked in March (1010 on 03.18.2014) followed by a 64% decline (367 on 05.21.2014) coincident with regulatory hammering by stock suspensions and sector warnings. Reportedly, FINRA and SEC MFTF are cooperating closely in this regard.
