Anvil, we already have an IR firm cleared to work for OODH .
Since it is apparent you have called everyone from the TA (who is not "Gagged" BTW) to folks in the Obama Administration for answers on OODH... why have you NOT called Mr. Andrew Barwicki yet?
He might be able to help you out? (Only with IR stuff - NOT MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES! ~ LOL)
