GM again RMO Randall, I see that OODH already filed the requisite disclosure, so I have to correct my prior post in regards to Pink Current. In my neck of the woods, a man can stand up and admit a mistake, Now I did, your turn?
Questions:
1. How would OODH shareholders know that the Hull/G3 did not occur? That deal was pr'd many months ago, but yet it was only a recent tweet tweet, that it did not pass RMO/Legal. Was there a timely update on RMO/social media?
2. Saw the pic of the test pan, that looks good, but if OODH/Bayou is just contemplating filing a NOI, how does this impact RMO/Lowe's 10,000 oz. goal?
3. What were the terms of the $4.8 million financing, has it been allocated, if not when will it be allocated?
4. What is the current share structure? Why is the T/A gagged?
