It could mean that....or it could mean a few more months...or it could be years.....
We have been hearing the same thing for a very long time now. You just never know, since the only thing we have to rely on are projections and guess-timates that keep changing every month and they are not based on any facts or verifiable completion of any tasks to move to the next stage.
I can only hope that real progress is being made on the tasks needed to move forward. But without some kind of official notice its hard to determine timeframes.
