his posts clearly break the tos of "talking about people". since you directly replied to him he will remove it and admin will back him up on it. so he can do it but if we respond in kind or in defense it is "off topic" and thus removed?
all his posts this morning are directed at or talking about a group. I reported the tos. I doubt anything will be done about it.
