Looks like this is all against PC. I don't know what he did to cause this firestorm against himself.
All I know is that to the best of my knowledge there was never any Preferred sale or offering. Also to the best of my knowledge there was never a PR making any offering available to shareholders or investors or anyone else. You see that in the 10/18/2012 PR (the Preferred that are undesignated without voting rights).
