It's easy to call people stupid in a debate as a way not to defend your position. It's a really weak tactic. It's a lot harder to explain why JanesCard publicly launched but people can't sign up and it never was functional. It's a lot harder to explain why they do everything to the extent legally (and potentially illegally) possible, to benefit iEquity... But always at shareholders expense. It's hard to explain the March 2013 contracts but they may try on the conf call. It's all about Hipple, Jan, Art, Jeff, MAYBE even Dave. Not us. They name streets after this crew. One way.
Guess what happens post suspension? The SEC is impossible to contact. They don't give a rats ass, you're out of business and they have better things to do. There's no recourse for shareholders other than a class action suit. I'd bet my life that there's not a single dollar to be won in such a suit because everything has been structured in a way to protect their assets. It's a zero sum game.
An attorney I know said to me once, "Hipple isn't a bad guy." That's when I knew I was up the creek.
The fact that you can order from them in LA doesn't make them an honest public company. Many, many moves were factually dishonest. Usually if a date is given, it's the kiss of death. Let's hear this call and go from there. Think it'll post on time?
