As for the plane....the terminology I have hear is that it is "in conformity"......which seems to mean that all the repairs mandated over the years by the FAA have been done and all the paperwork proving this is in order.
I am told the plane is being re-assembled.
Lastly, I still believe we are going to see the certificate being issued prior to 10/1/2014.
