I think this is done as it has to much dirty laundry for anyone to ever consider it as a legit company.
I think all head for the exits on any PR that is fluff. They had so many chances to update everything they claimed in Berk Bio. and grow site, divy, name change and so on.
They deserve what they get and if the SEC comes down hard, I would like to see Hipple and Jan thrown in jail from this mess.
