The allegations against JB were not withdrawn. The allegations against JBI, Inc. were withdrawn.
JB had a$125,000 fine levied against him and an additional $45,000 court cost, is prohibited from being an office if a public company for 5 years, and must complete a course if he wants to be an officer after that.
JB is sleazy and two regulatory bodies have determined this.
If the charges has no basis in fact he would not have accepted the penalties.
This was not valor on his part. It was preservation of the company so that the value of his shares were preserved.
