From what the guys in MI have told me about the current status of maintenance, the plane is being re-assembled. The actual checks have been completed. So I think we can twist the words around to say that perhaps maintenance has been PASSED, but the last few steps are currently being completed. Doesn't seem to be such a bad thing, IMO.
