I agree the long term big picture looks fantastic. BUT CORRUPT/INEPT MANAGEMENT CAN DESTROY A COMPANY. THAT IS WHAT WE ARE ALL WORRIED ABOUT.
The thing is no officer was ever given any "Founding Father Shares". Not Allyn, Choo, Benz, Jones etc. They had to be compensated. If the shares were expended to get talent (the corporate workings, the merger terms and conditions, the procurement of dispensaries, the design and manufacturing of all the BBio products, etc) then it is money well spent.
I have to much anxiety right now to concentrate on the Q1 10q convertible notes. My mind is just a whirlwind of thoughts and depressed.
