Yep. They talk the talk of transparency and wanting to uplist but they don't walk the walk. It is an insiders enrichment scheme until they prove otherwise. It is not that complicated to list the name of the individual being given shares, the amount of shares being given, the conversion rate of those shares, whether they are restricted or not, and what they are being given for(loan, compensation for work, etc.). Furthermore, the conversion rates they have historically used are completely whacked and just more proof of the scam they are running. Seedy.
