No one is disputing that the application was sent to HC on April 9. What we don't know, is when HC received or acknowledged receipt of the application. Some people were under the false impression that the April 24 letter posted earlier was TO Health Canada, rather than to Steve Salmons, and that the date of the letter represented acknowledgment of the application.
