The conversion rates on these notes is the insider enrichment scheme. If iEquity truly wanted to be equitable, and believed in the future of the company, they would take market equivalent shares, and they would be transparent about the transaction. Am I missing something? Why wouldn't Henry Jan just take the market equivalent of shares for his $50k/mo salary?
