i will, sounds like fun, also very tough, my favorite movie is 300, and 300 rise of empire , been thinking about your time, sounds pretty good, might have to work to beat it, checking right now for a coarse, did a run instead of bike ride, felt invincible, star bucks coffee, is good, passed two runners and two bike riders on the way up, the way down was very fast, might be one of my better runs, feeling good, and had plenty to dream about, if you know what i mean, go bgmt, did i tell you my initials are BG!!!
