When you don't know who these contracts are with. When you don't know if the acres are growing. When you don't know how well the products are selling. When you don't know how well a PJs is doing. Loyalty is earned. As long as the investor can see what kind of compensation the insiders are getting, then all is a ok. Ultimately it is about ROI for the investor. It don't really matter how much the CEO is making if it is transparent and the investor is happy with their ROI.
