When I see verifiable evidence of a short in TEVE I'll let you know, but until then......oh wait shorting a stock is legal, the fact that the float is so small only increases the effectiveness of that short position, if it existed. Maybe the shorts covered at 11 and at 3. Someones shorts may be too tight. Just waiting on the financials and we'll see which direction Telvue is headed.
