It is easy,There are no losers in this venture.
Lakeshore and surrounding municipalities will benefit from added taxable revenue generated.
People will go back to work.
Other businesses will benefit by location and on a specific needs basis.
In time, new infrastructures will need to be explored for expansion.
Advancements in cbn,cbd,thc,extracts,patents,grants for R&D.
