yes stocks are manipulated and I said as such, but a company like Telvue does not live or die by its pink sheet stock manipulation. The company has to stand on its own, period, and for that we'll see with the financials. Personally they would do better going private, establishing their base, increasing revenue fulfilling major listing requirements and relisting at a higher exchange, that would stop all manipulation period and shareholders a much better chance of increasing their accounts.
