We are now entering .008s of the sub-penny zone. I think that the Lt. is right about the seller who is still making a nice profit in this bracket. Some substantial news will be required to get us back in the 1-3 cent range where many of us have averaged out in. ( I am in at about a million shares at 3 cents).
