Those are three three listed with greater than 5% ownership (see p. 16):

I assume that all three are Preferred owners!?!? At least Matt Dwyer for sure since it said it in the 10/18/2012 PR.
There was also something posted on the Draft By-Laws document with Matt Dwyer holding XYZ (don't recall the number) Preferred.
There's no additional information that I saw in the other reports. I'll continue reading through them and post if I see anything additional.
