Nobody will be able to tell the difference, or prove a difference, between the *PROs* being forced into a *new* pattern and investors on the sidelines deciding that there is good enough news to jump back in.

As I and others have said, if you really *knew* where the *PROs* were going to take this then there was no need to *DCA* for *tax lot* purposes. More nonsense.

But first there must be a *MATERIAL* event of merit.

It could very well take months for that to happen, if ever. And then it will take more months to prove that there is a commercially viable process in place.

Here's to another three years of waiting for *PROOF* that there is anything of worth that has been developed.
