You guys do realize that all transdermal patches require FDA approval and an FDA license - and it is non-tranferable to another party.
All nicotine patches require an FDA license. Nicotine is an extract of a plant (tobacco) and patch delivery requires an FDA license for every manufacturer. Before granting a license. the FDA requires clinical trial data produced under FDA-approved protocols AND requires inspection of manufacturing and packaging facilities by FDA inspectors as the facilities themselves require an FDA license to produce the product.
The FDA website shows zero filings of ANY sort by HPNN, Peter Michaels, or anyone associated with the company.
