Where are the FDA applications for (1) the pharmaceutical composition of matter license, and (2) the medical device license (transdermal patches are regulated as medical devices, and the pharmaceutical component is regulated as a drug)?
There are no FDA -approved clinical trials nor any pending FDA applications for such on the FDA website.
Did you not know that these require 2 separate FDA licenses and those licenses can only be granted after FDA-approved clinical trials are done and reviewed and approved by the FDA?
That's how it works.
But of course felon Peter Michaels has zero experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices - so he's the perfect person to do this!
