During the year 2014, the Company issued common shares as described below:
The Company issued approximately 200 million shares for consultants.
Oh my, I wonder how many of those consultants are related to Peter Michaels or entities in which he has a financial interest.
Oh well, 2014 is only about one-third over, so there's plenty of time for another 400 million shares to be issued to insiders.
