All this PHOT talk got me to remember the deal we broke off with them - ~250M shares of PHOT when we get the license. At the time that the deal fell through and Bill secured $20M for 25% through the private investor, I couldn't see how we were better off in that deal.....Those ~250M PHOT shares would now only be worth ~$15M and our just released 1st quarter report wouldn't have looked nearly as good as it did.
