Who the heck is Welland? who are the 3?? Why don't you refer to " the Chicago 7 " when addressing me? It would be just as accurate.

and yes, I'm aware of the http server variables such as the Ip address that identifies the user's computer. This is not a difficult concept. I work with this stuff every day. Remember: I'm not afraid of empty threats

Here's what you should do:

1. Contact John (you guys have indicated you have direct communications with him).
2. Encourage him ... ENCOURAGE HIM to file a lawsuit.
3. Report back to us what his reaction is

Anyone want to start a new contest on what JB's reaction would be to a strong encouragement to file a lawsuit?

When the remaining longs in any OTC scam start opining about lawsuits against the imaginary nefarious parties, the end is fast approaching. Some people call it "angst", and it isn't those who have spoken the truth about this scam that are experiencing it.
