if the np-1 is just extra, then why does the pps seem to depend on it coming out so much? if it was just extra, then all the delays after delays after delays after all the pronouncements were off base by as much as 6 months wouldnt have driven the pps down 70% off the highs.

can bashers really have that much effect? then were all doomed!
