If it was my company it would make me sick having to sell my shares at some artificial price.
In the OTC, no matter what anyone says MM's and shorts can change your Market Cap, share price and perceived value of your company tremendously!
Could this current company be valued at over 100 million as of today??
Of course it could, so wouldn't you want to buy back some of the company you built at less then a 1/3 or 1/4 of the price??
After buybacks they could re issue shares at an actual valuation!
