Dude, math doesn't work that way. BCAP forfeited those 800 million for $200K, plus interest. Angel didn't pay, because BCAP didn't release how much they made in the overall 750 million share transaction. It's not too hard to figure out. Go back and read the BCRAP news releases and sorry excuses (hard drive crash) for not filing the fins. C'Mon, any reputable company backs up their data daily...and the CFO being on vacation, ridiculous excuses for not filing.

Now back to the $8/$16 million equation, there is no lawyer worth his salt on earth that would allow another company to profit $15.75 million on the backs of a peanut, growth company and/or shareholder base. That is just total bull being smoked over on the BCAP board...
