Some people loaded at a much lower cost basis for sure. Do it a sufficient number of times and you end up controlling the assets at a fraction of the real price.
TGGI hasn't moved, so you can buy for $0.0001 as normal. BCAP would have cost $0.0004/5 yesterday but $0.0001/2 today.
