Our CFO is on it... and will handle that shortly...we posted the filings will come out on or before the 27th.
This is awesome... as it gives investors and amateurs like you a chance to learn how the public markets system works!
We know there is only a five day extension on Q's but we needed to be realistic time-wise for our many team members, so we set the release date the 27th. A "Limited Sign" does not affect or alter the underlying entities corporate actions...period...it's just a guideline!
You seem to not be aware or must have forgotten that we have multiple professionals who work together to complete these types of tasks, and each has a huge workload. Something you obviously don't know about because you don't run a public company and never will.
Be patient...
