I think it is do or die time. They clearly stated in the 8K from April 4th that the audit had been initiated. They clearly stated in the merger pr that the audit was expected to take 30 days. We are now at 48 days. Procrastination and late filings are SKTO's MO so I will give them a fair amount of leeway on finishing the audit. If they don't have it done by June 1st's CC, it will be turrible.
