What you or someone else needs to do is tell him that he is incorrect and invite him to call Matt and question him about this. Another poster on this board said he talked with Matt numerous times, and he said that although the wording is a bit confusing in the PR, there is absolutely no way that the preferred can vote as commons to inrease the AS to dilute. Only the commons can do this and the preferred do not hold 10 billion votes according to another poster who talked with matt. Please inform fire lane the basher of this so he shuts up.
